Fiat Lux

From the moment this piece had a title, I knew it would be published. Easy for me to say, but perhaps you have no idea how difficult a feeling that is for me; certainty.

But then, I made my way here. Where I intended to be. And I am exactly where I am supposed to be. And no, the intention was not met – it never is. If I only met my intentions, I could never succeed.

Our intentions, expectations, goals, desires, needs – all so limited and fleeting. My only intention is to never let the end be the end of the story. Because the best stories always leave something left unanswered. And I am told, sometimes, that is where the real story lies. In the shadows, the liner notes, the epilogue; or the sequel – and I think you get my point. But there is more. There always is;
